We don't talk much about coffee, so you might forget it's a coffee shop.
It doesn't really have much of an identity...
So today, let's talk about coffee.
As the weather gets warmer, I feel a desire to start something new.
There are many things I want to do, so I would like to tackle them one by one while I still have the motivation.
One of them is blending.
I hope to be able to create blends that reflect the image of each season.
The image is of a drink you'd like to enjoy as the cold days gradually warm up and you feel the soft spring morning sunshine and pleasant breeze.
The name that came to mind was "Shunputei Koasa," but my wife immediately rejected it.
The word sounds good, but it doesn't seem to conjure up a good image.
Seasonal blend “Uraraka”
A mild medium roast blend reminiscent of warm spring mornings.
It has a strawberry-like sourness and a subtle milk chocolate sweetness.
Country of Origin: Ethiopia, Brazil, Dominican Republic
When I looked up the meaning,
Bright and clear
1. The sky is clear and the sun shines softly and peacefully.
2. A cheerful and happy voice
3. A state of being calm and free of grudges
they said.
I hope you can drink it like that...
We plan to make POPs and other items during this closed day.
I hope to have it ready after the holidays.
See you soon.
