I used red sausages and a basic octopus.
I don't usually eat it at all, but when I tried it after a long time, it was really good.
The color and taste are very nostalgic.
Looking at the packaging, it seems like they're using plant-derived pigments these days.
As we were talking about the event, we got onto the topic of "red sausages and red cherries."
When you think of the image of a Showa-era department store cafeteria, red sausages are an absolute must.
I think the red cherries in the cream soda are also necessary to create the right atmosphere.
What I would like to eat is something with a slightly higher quality, firmer texture than red sausages.
We debated the idea that red sausages somehow don't have the right image of being healthy, but we came to the conclusion that since they were only available for one day, it would be fine to call them "red sausages on purpose."
At the event, the emphasis was on the necessity of the items as a way to create a Showa-era and nostalgic atmosphere.
We are particular about our ingredients, including carefully selected red sausages.
Many of the shops around us are organic, and we have a weekly sale of pesticide-free vegetables in front of our store. I think there are many health-conscious customers among our customers.
Given the environment, I think it would be better to let them know in advance that "I will choose foods that may be relatively bad for your health."
These are our values for the event. We would like only customers who understand this to come.
We plan to have food reservations by time slot. First, reservations will be accepted in-store, and then online reservations will follow.
There are two types: children's lunch and sweets.
The menu itself will be finalized at a meeting next week, so we will start accepting reservations in earnest next week, but if you would like to make a reservation even if you don't know what's inside, please let the owner know in person at the store.
See you soon.
