Songs
Momiji no Te (Maple-Leaf Hands)
October 29, 2026 | 2:53
A forest at dusk as autumn deepens. Looking up at the maple leaves, you lay over them the hands you once held. The song quietly retraces a path that never changes and a time that will not return. “You don't have to go home” — nostalgia and a touch of loneliness, carried on the autumn wind. An original song by Usagi to Boku.
Mochizuki yo (A Moon-Viewing Song)
September 3, 2026 | 2:41
Based on the rabbit tale from the Konjaku Monogatari, this nursery-style song tells, in a bright three-four time, of the rabbit who rose to the moon and the forest rabbits who try to follow.
Arigatou no Uta (A Song of Thanks)
August 27, 2026 | 2:49
Written from the rabbit’s point of view after seeing off the boy who wandered into the forest. A farewell waltz, sung almost entirely in humming.
Kazoenasanna (Bon Dance in the Forest)
August 20, 2026 | 3:23
A song about a Bon dance in the forest, where rabbits and other animals dance wearing masks. A song for the night when the line between life and death melts away.
