They spare no effort in their quest for curry.

You can feel the breath of the next generation of curry culture.
The third wave has now subsided, and coffee culture has reached maturity.
"Coffee communities" are beginning to take shape not only in metropolitan areas but also in rural areas.
Curry and coffee are entering a new era.
So I have compiled all of this current information into one book.

This is a special collector's edition that combines "Men's Coffee," which was published about three years ago, with a separate feature on curry.
It seems like they removed the old information and added some new information and re-edited it.
There is a section called "Gentlemen's Directory of 56 Roasters."
The layout of the section featuring our store is almost the same.
I checked the proofreading of the previous version and corrected the parts that were different from the current version.
Most of the Osaka roasters featured are shops I know.
The coffee industry in Osaka has changed dramatically over the past three years, with many new shops opening, so I think that if a new project had been proposed, we probably wouldn't have been featured.
The photo of the owner is from three years ago, so he looks a little slimmer.
The layout has been reduced from four tiers to three, so the space is a little larger.
Recently, the owner has gained a little weight, so people at neighboring shops have started teasing him by calling him Pochakiyo instead of Takakiyo, but the photo was taken three years ago, so it was before he became Pochakiyo.
I think the visuals have changed a bit.
The coffee bean packaging also has the same old design. The outer frame has now been changed to include the name of the place.
It might be interesting to compare the previous magazine and the new magazine, with the current owner of the shop in the photo.
