Recently, I've been enjoying riding my bike to go shopping.

Little by little, more and more customers are taking an interest in the owner's bicycles.

I recently bought a "rickshaw tank" bike to use for grocery shopping. Since last week, I've been slowly customizing it to make it look more retro and more like a transport bike. I think I'm pretty happy with the result.

I usually go shopping after closing time by bicycle.

I hadn't ridden a bike in so long that I had forgotten what it felt like, so every time I got on I was impressed by how high my eyes were and how fast I could ride.
It's just as exciting as when I first got my iPhone 3G.

Wow, bicycles are amazing.

Now then…

It's hard to imagine the owner pedaling his bike with a desperate look on his face, or riding at breakneck speed.
Of course, I don't stand up and pedal, and I always get off the hills quickly. I ride slowly and steadily. It has six speeds, but I don't really understand how it works, so I don't change the settings.

Of course, it's good to be able to go faster easily, but the faster you go, the narrower your field of vision becomes. It feels like your focus is narrowing, and it's hard to pay attention to your surroundings.
I find myself forgetting things that I used to notice when I was walking.

At work, if you're in a rush or pressed for time, you'll find yourself in a similar situation. Your concentration will increase, but you'll lose sight of what's going on around you, overlook important things, and your thought patterns will be limited. You won't be able to make calm decisions.

You may not even realize if you are on the right path.

That's what I think.

Whether you're riding a bike or working, it's best to take it easy and ride slowly with a relaxed mind.
I think that would make things easier to go.

I wanted to use a photo of a bicycle, so I wrote this story trying to put it together in a good way.

See you soon.
