The night before last, my husband and I went to a B'z concert.
My seat was in row 11 of the arena, pretty close to the front.
I think those of you who have seen the owner's everyday life can probably imagine what it's like...
He didn't shout or shout or raise his arms high, and only lightly shook his head back and forth. He didn't break a sweat at all, and just stood there the whole time.
I was able to see the equipment and performances up close, which made me very interested, but it was quieter than usual, so much so that my wife asked me, "Are you tired?"
But I was really excited.
Even in a place like this, emotions don't seem to surface easily.
Now...following the spring blend, let's talk about a new blend.
Summer blend.
Since summer is a season of the night, I initially thought it would be nice to make a strong, crisp iced blend that you could drink on the veranda at night, but in the end I decided on a light, sour blend that could be enjoyed hot in the summer.
The best(Abbreviation: Koibaka)
Country of Origin: Kenya, Nicaragua, Ethiopia
A medium roast blend featuring the acidity of slightly ripe lemons, limes, oranges, and other citrus fruits.
It is inspired by the image of a summer sunset.
Even when served iced, it has a different feel from regular iced coffee, and I think you'll be surprised.
Without following trends, the acidity is slightly subdued.
However, it is a specialty coffee blend that also has a slight third wave vibe.
We haven't made the POPs yet, but they are available for purchase.
Of course, you can also drink inside the store.
Maybe some people don't know where the name comes from...
The name is far removed from the store's main target demographic.
But I think the old, mischievous feel of the material is more like us.
See you soon.
