Yesterday, on our day off, I woke up to find the room temperature at 9 degrees. It was so cold I couldn't get out of bed.
The couple lay together under the covers and talked for a while.
Since we seemed so lazy, I thought we would be able to take it easy today since it's so cold, but we were already running around from the morning.
I am simply impressed...
Well, when the cold weather continues, customers move slowly, just like us. There are few customers when we open at 10:11, and they tend to start coming in one after another from around XNUMX:XNUMX. Sometimes, just before XNUMX:XNUMX, when the morning service is about to end, a large number of customers come in one after another.
The other day, the same thing happened. Cleaning up, washing dishes, showing customers around, and serving food all got delayed, and breakfast ended up being lunchtime. By the afternoon, things were starting to get out of hand, so we closed the restaurant for the time being.
Since we work as a couple, we are always limited by our limits... At times like that, all I can do is look up at the ceiling and think, "Ah, we've exceeded our capacity."
Well, it depends on the timing, but in winter, situations like this can happen, so please be aware of this in advance.
We hope you will come to our store with a relaxed attitude, especially on weekends.
See you soon.
