What I care about is not the external world of a certain store, but what is inside of me.

Although they're not in my neighborhood, my acquaintances are opening coffee shops one after another.
I've heard about it, but it seems that the people I meet at coffee gatherings are opening coffee shops one after another towards the end of summer.
It's a little far from Usagi and me, but if you have a chance to pass by, I hope you'll stop by.

Although they are younger than us, they have excellent coffee skills, so we're sure there won't be any problems with operations and other aspects. We hope that sales will also get on track.
Coffee stands are a trendy business, but they seem to be quite difficult to run. There seems to be a proliferation of them these days.
It's a genre I would never have tried, so I'm impressed by how brave he was in choosing it.
But I guess there's no need to be so particular about the type of business... Maybe being particular about it is nonsense.
What I care about is not the external world of a certain store, but what is inside of me.
Coffee stands, cafes, coffee shops, coffee shops, etc.
Having words that can accurately describe the state of your business makes it easier for others to get a sense of it, and it also makes it easier for interviews to write about it.
However, this is not something that has much to do with our activities. If we are too fixated on the business model, it will narrow our future possibilities. Even if we are running a store, I think it is good to think of the business content as being fluid.
The important perspective in business is that what you can do can be useful to someone.
If you continue working with this in mind, you may find yourself being offered work that is different from restaurant sales. You may even end up working in a different industry.
I think I should think about what I can do to be useful and choose a job that is not tied to a particular industry.
I think that even if we were providing some kind of support to people with disabilities outside of the store, or doing some kind of work related to the community, people around us would probably think of it as "Usagi and I's work" without any sense of incongruity.
Because it's something that Usagi and I have continued to value.
I think what I'm particular about isn't the external aspects of the store, but the internal aspects of what I've accumulated up until now.
The store name represents "aspirations"
The phrase "Rabbit and Me" was chosen as the name of the store, but the work itself is not something that is limited to the store, and we see our business model as something that is very fluid, so we don't think it's just a word that represents the name of the store.
It is a collective term for our way of being and aspirations, similar to a brand in meaning.
For some reason, that's how I feel.
If we want to express it well,"The store name expresses the mission of heaven"Is that how it is?
I hope that the new stores that will open in the future will continue to cherish this vision.
See you soon.
