All the other coffee shops were selling Christmas blends, so Usagi and I were eager to join in, but we ended up being a little late.
Even if we made it now, the sales period would be less than a month.
So I gave up on it this year and created a winter blend that I plan to sell for a longer period of time.
A dark roast blend perfect for chilly seasons.
While eagerly awaiting the signs of spring approaching from beneath my feet, I spend the day relaxing in a warm room without going outside.

Country of Origin: Ethiopia, Colombia, Indonesia
The roast level is slightly darker than the Showamachi Blend.
However, since it is based on easy-to-drink beans, it is not too bitter.
In the coming season, you can enjoy it by pairing it with chocolate cake or adding milk to make cafe au lait.
