It's amazing how much they enjoy it
I headed to the relatively nearby Azumino-Hotaka area and visited a cafe I had been interested in called "Omoshiro Cafe Spoon Art."
I was completely overwhelmed from start to finish. The feeling of the experience lingering in my mind on the way home was amazing.
The store description is:
looks good.
To explain the photo,
Left: Iced coffee. Olive oil is used as gum syrup.
Top right: Gyoza-style sweets. From left to right, the sauces are chocolate, brown sugar syrup, and maple syrup.
Bottom right: Tomato juice
This photo alone is already so ridiculous. If I were to post this on Ameblo, it would probably get deleted.
Not only on the menu, but everywhere you look in the restaurant, you'll find lots of little tidbits.
(I've also uploaded some photos to my Facebook page, so please take a look.)
There's a joke in every single step of the process, from entering the restaurant, to being offered water, the menu, and calling the waiter. It's a constant stream of surprises, and it's all very well thought out.
But it wasn't like this from the beginning, and I think it's because I kept my ears open and incorporated various things that it has become what it is today.
He was trying to have fun and entertain the customers, but he went too far and it ended up in chaos...
The fact that they quickly incorporate popular topics such as Attack on Titan and Yo-kai Watch into their material is proof that they are evolving every day.
Even if they wanted to do it, no one could imitate it, so it seems unlikely they'll do it.
I hope that we can create a position in a place where no one else is, even if it's in a different form.
It was a very educational shop.
