I bought a CO2 monitor.

The CO2 monitor I ordered has arrived. There will come a time when it's not possible to keep the doors and windows open all the time for ventilation, so I hope to be able to ventilate while checking the readings.
I thought it would be more reassuring for both customers and the self-restraint police if we made it clear that we were doing it for a reason.

As a shop, it is considered a "facility necessary for maintaining social life" even under a state of emergency, so the national and prefectural governments would probably say that "we have not requested you to close, but you are closing of your own accord."
There are reports that other prefectures are moving towards lifting the state of emergency, and Osaka Prefecture is expected to gradually lift the state of emergency as well. Usagi and I also feel that it is about time to start thinking about the resumption of indoor dining.

However, it is unlikely that we will be able to resume business in the same way as before right away, so we believe that the store will proceed in stages while taking measures to prevent infection.
We have roughly summarized what we are working on as a store, so please click the link to see the details.
We were already strict with our customers before COVID-19, but now with COVID-19, we're even stricter. We'll be asking for your cooperation in order to ensure that our customers can use our services safely.
Many stores have already implemented COVID-19 prevention measures as part of their existing rules. Our existing customers are a carefully selected group of elite customers, so if they continue to do so as usual, we believe they will naturally be taking preventative measures.

Infection prevention measures for the new coronavirus as a store and requests to customers
This page describes the infection prevention measures we are taking as a store against the new coronavirus (COVID-19) and our requests to customers who use our store.

Once Osaka Prefecture releases its industry-specific infection prevention manuals, we plan to use them as a reference and make any necessary revisions.

As a shop run by a husband and wife, the interior is spacious and well ventilated, so we think you can use it with relative peace of mind.
Since this is a place where you can relax and unwind, there are many restrictions, but we hope you will feel free to use it.

Please wait a little longer until we resume operations.
