In-store sales only
(Due to illness, we are not offering in-store dining.)

[Miscellaneous] Even if the store's business format changes, the values we want to convey as a store will not change.

Usagi and Me Takeout

This is the first time we've offered takeout outside of an event.

We will continue to offer in-store sales and takeaway drinks from the weekend.
Even if a state of emergency is declared, I think we will be able to continue operating in the same format, but I think we will have to make a decision about selling drinks after observing the actions of other restaurants, such as coffee shops.
We will continue to sell coffee beans in store and online. Thank you for your understanding.

Even if the business model changes, the values that the store wants to convey will not change, only the way of expressing them will change.

Rabbit and Me Latte Art

You can even draw latte art on a paper cup.

New customers don't notice, but as a shop, we often have to improvise to suit the customer, and I thought that if we could overcome issues such as waiting times when ordering takeout drinks, it might actually be a good fit for a shop.

Physical store and online shop, dine-in and take-out.
Even though the style of serving and the place where you drink it may be different, the basic values that we want to convey remain the same, and I think it's just the way we express ourselves that is different.
Of course, we believe that the space of the store and the time spent there have value, and we cherish them, but even if the customer's experience changes, the "Usagi to Boku" feel will remain the same. I hope to be able to express this well and convey it to our customers.
When we started our online store three years ago and participated in external events, we often wondered how we could convey the "Usagi and Us kindness" that customers felt in our physical store in other places.
As for the event, I think I was able to express my worldview to a certain extent by being bilocal. As for the online shop, it's easy to convey my principles, but I'm still struggling to express my worldview. It's difficult to create a space.

I've been struggling with this for three years. With an online shop, I don't see the customers' faces very often, so I worry every time I get an order, but every time I see customers' reactions on social media, I feel like things are starting to take shape little by little.
I may shift to a different business model in the future, but I hope to continue to find new ways of expression while keeping a firm grasp on the basics.
