Well, the weekend is over. After Monday's business, we'll be closed.
This week in particular I felt the impact of social media.
The new blend announced on the blogUrarakaThose who came to the store for the following purpose.
A customer came to the store to try the gateau chocolat that the owner was making instead of the welfare facility that had closed.
People who bring gifts and congratulate the owner on his birthday, and people who ask how old you are when paying the bill...
I was surprised that there were more people than I expected.
The chocolate cake was just a simple post on Twitter and Instagram, but it seems like so many people saw it, and I'm so grateful for that.
When we spoke to customers, they said, "The quality may be lower than when the facility made it, but since the owner makes it, I think I'll go."
Yeah... I'm not expecting much from the taste.
But everyone seems happy to order it. It's a strange thing.
Customer expectations are a little different.
I guess this is what makes us "Usagi and me"...
Maybe our company is a little strange...or maybe our customers are a little strange...
I guess they're both the same after all...
This is something that would be unthinkable in a typical store.
These values are wonderful, aren't they? I even feel a sense of comfort in them.
So, we will work hard to prepare so that we can provide a good service next week as well.
