The research group focused on the "aroma felt when drinking milk" and the "tactile sensation felt from the milk bottle," and conducted measurements using odor sensors and thermography.
Measurements using an odor sensor numerically demonstrated that the shape of the bottled milk container intensifies the milk's aroma, and for the first time scientifically verified that this leads to a richer flavor.
Furthermore, analysis of facial temperature using thermography has demonstrated that the temperature of the lip surface changes when drinking milk depending on the material and spout of the milk bottle, and this leads to a pleasant cooling sensation, which has been objectively supported by numerical data.

Although the milk and milk coffee we serve in our shop come with a straw, it's actually much tastier if you just sip it straight.
I'd really like to say leave it as it is, but it just feels weird to just leave it as it is.
